Effect the organizational virtuousness on strategic supremacy : An analytical research study at Etihad Food Industries Company Ltd

The research aims to know the possibility of strengthening strategic supremacy. It was expressed organizational virtuousness. The questionnaire used as a tool to collect the necessary data and information, an intentional sample was chosen that represented all the higher departments of the Union Food Industries Company Ltd. In the governorates of the Middle Euphrates by (100) managers in the company's laboratories. The descriptive-analytical approach was mainly adopted in presenting, analyzing and interpreting research information, And for the sake of analysis and statistical treatment, the researcher adopted confirmatory factor analysis as a basic structural test to validate the approved standards. A set of descriptive statistical metrics, correlation coefficient (Pearson), and structural equation modeling, to measure impact relationships and regression analysis to measure interaction relationships, these methods have been used by statistical programs (SPSS V.25; Amos V.23). Among the most prominent conclusions reached by the study, we find the relationship between Organizational virtuousness and Strategic Supremacy.
