The Paris Brune Institute, an example of collaboration between medico-social and health services: the Early Medico-Social Action Center (CAM S P) Paris Brune and the Center for Perinatal Psychopathology of Boulevard Brune CPBB (CMP Early Childhood 0-3 years)
The Early Medico-Social Action Centers and Medico Psychologic Centers of Early Childhood both welcome children from 0 to 6 years of age who present with or are at risk of developing neurodevelopmental disorders due to birth conditions, the environment, or individual pathology. It is sometimes difficult for a practitioner to refer a child to either department. We present the functioning of our two services, taking into account their history and their creation within the same establishment. We examine how to readjust the direction and adapt common care through the presence of a child psychiatrist in the two services and the existence of monthly staff.
