Protecting Software by Means of Patents

摘要

In softwareheavy development projects, established processes for clearing and protecting IP are only suitable to a limited degree. However, the challenges can be overcome with suitable organizational measures and processes that are closely interlinked with the specific de velopment process. Due to the structure and information flow in software projects, in particular in agile software de velopment, it is even possible to in crease not only the speed but also the efficiency of the IP process.
