Thinking big

Your editors are always thinking about the future.Now we are thinking big. There are some big issues, and we need to share our concerns.The first big issue is the issue you are holding. We can thank Elsevier, our publisher, for a one-time increase of 100 pages in the current issue, and our Journal Board of Trustees and the AANA Board for approving 500 additional pages per year, beginning in 2013.
