After squeezing and slicing nearly 8,000 onion bulbs, revaluators taking part in the 2011 Washington State University (WSU) Onion Cultivar Storage Evaluation prouged some encouraging results to share with the grower com-m unity.The moll noticeable finding - and of particular interest to grow ers looking for onions perfect for the processing and fresh-cliI markets — is the percentage of single-centered onions in this year's trial.
