摘要

Isothermal segregation in a solid being in elastic stressed state is studied. The segregation is realized from the grain of finite size into the interface. The temporal evolution of impurity concentration is determined for grains of planar, spherical, and cylindrical shapes. An algebraically closed set of equations for impurity concentration (as a function of time and interface point) is obtained. This set is valid for both dilute and concentrated solutions of impurity in the interface. Dependence of impurity concentration in the interface of dilute solution on the grain-boundary orientation for symmetrical-shape grains is derived. The kinetics of impurity redissolution with the temperature change is considered.
