Bayer informs investors of new glyphosate litigation strategy

Bayer's Crop Science division answered investor concerns yesterday over the collapse of its multi-litigation class settlement concerning its herbicide, glyphosate. At an investor call on May 27th, the day after US federal Judge Vince Chhabria rejected the proposed settlement between Bayer and plaintiffs' class counsel, company heads and those leading Bayer's defence on the litigation held a conference call taking queries and concerns from institutional investors.
