Albaugh acquires Prime Source

US agrochemical and specialty chemicals company Albaugh has completed its acquisition of US turf and ornamentals business Prime Source (Ankeny, Iowa). Albaugh acquired the company from its erstwhile parent organisation, Excelsior Equity (Middlesex, North Carolina), which provides manufacturing, distribution, and customer service solutions for agricultural users. Financial details of the transaction have not been disclosed.
