RHS trial of MexicanSalvia

Ihave always been surprised at how few of the staggering 900 Salvia species, not to mention a whole raft of hybrids, are grown in UK gardens. I was therefore delighted to hear that the RHS was planning a trial of shrubby Mexican species and hybrids, not least because 20 years had elapsed since the last Salvia trial.
