Oct. Business Survey Index Up 3.3p to 71.2, Rebounding in 2-month

The Business Survey Index on the small and middle enterprises picked up 3.3 points to 71.2 for October as a result of the survey conducted on the 3,150 SMEs nationwide by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups in cooperation with the Korea Federation of Small and Medium Business. The October index was up 3.3p from September of 67.9, featuring the better sentiment supported by the Government’s second remedy fund and economic stimulus to tide over the coronavirus effect. The entire industrial index turned out rebounding over the past two months streak.
