It seems unlikely there would be many chief executives who employ more than 400 people, have projects worth more than $100 million on the boil and have been lauded as 'visionary' with regard to staff culture, who would describe their leadership style as "very laid back". But that is what Sudesh Jhunjhnuwala, the founder and CEO of Hind Management and Sudima Hotels, replies when asked what type of leader he is.
