Corteva/Bayer countersue on patent infringement and contract obligations

Corteva Agriscience has filed a lawsuit against Bayer’s Crop Science division alleging infringement of its patented aryloxyalkanoate dioxygenase (aad-1)-based herbicide resistance technology. The action is targeted at Bayer legacy business Monsanto. Bayer is suing Corteva on claimed unflfilled obligations on E3 soybean commercialisation.
