Development of efficient chiral sta-tionary phases from peptide libraries

The development of chiral stationary phases from chemical libraries is an attractive approach,as it allows a large number of potential chiral stationary phases to be studied quickly.Peptide libraries are one type of library suitable for such purposes.They can be pre-pared easily and offer significant struc-tural diversity.In addition,they can be screened efficiently for chiral selectivity using batch screening methods.Excellent resolution of several racemic analytes has been achieved by the batch screening of peptide libraries.
