Despite its considerable charm, tweedia has never been a highly bankable flower—until now. For years it was available only from domestic growers, in limited quantities, and only from late spring through summer. It had the soft look of a garden flower that might wilt as soon as it was cut—and all too often lived up to those low expectations.
