By a News Reporter-Staff News Editor at Network Daily News – New research on Biology - Computational Biology is the subject of a report. According to news reporting originating in Shanghai, People’s Republic of China, by NewsRx journalists, research stated, “Protein structure alignment algorithms are often time-consuming, resulting in challenges for large-scale protein structure similarity-based retrieval. There is an urgent need for more efficient structure comparison approaches as the number of protein structures increases rapidly.”
