Henan Shenhuo Aluminum & Electricity Co., Ltd(Yongcheng city of Henan province) on April 5 started construction of production lines of big aluminum alloy slab and billet, source from the company said. With an investment of 51.7 million yuan(USD6.45 million), the project is scheduled to come on stream in the early 2007.
