Chalco Mining Co. says bauxite output from its mines increasing steadily

Chalco Mining Co, said it yielded 637,600 tonnes of bauxite and supplied 846,200 tonnes of bauxite to Chalco's alumina refineries in January this year, respectively accounting for 111 percent and 121 percent of the monthly target. The company said the proportion(the supply from its mines and the associated mines/the total supply including purchase from other local mines) was up to a record high of 56,44 percent in January, compared with around 40 percent in the most time of 2005.
