Commit no acts violating the laws and other administrative rules from 2002 to 2004. 3. Pass the national ISO 9000 accreditation. As to those enterprises beingi n process of ISO 9000 accreditation, they shall provide the contracts signed with accreditation authorities and finish the process before March 31, 2006.
