A new dawn?

The future: All systems go'was the theme of the Highway Authorities and Utilities Committee (HAUC)(lUK) 2017 National Convention and the atmosphere was suitably positive and ready to embrace the opportunities of change. The event took place at Celtic Manor, near Newport, South Wales with futuristic presentations and 'systems' very much an operative word. 'Systems' was also one of the five official themes of the day, the others being planning, co-ordination, communication and performance.
