Barhale, Luddon, Raynesway and RJ McLeod are pursuing a ￡200,000 job for Fife Council to install an access road at Dunnikier Business Park in Kirkcaldy. The package to build a section of 7.5-km wide highways is the second phase of infrastructure work to make way for an expansion of the site. Balfour Beatty, Carillion, Lumsden Et Carroll and Sir Robert McAlpine returned bids last month for a ￡6 million package of highways works at the Green Lane Industrial Estate in Spennymoor, County Durham. The project for the county council is part of the Sure Start scheme and includes new access and a roundabout to replace the existing layout at the junction of the A167 and York Hill Road.
