AE Yates and Carillion are among the contractors to return prices for an estimated ￡16 million package for the second phase of a project to strengthen the Woodhouse Tunnel on the A58 (M) in Leeds for the city council. A decision is expected in the next month or so as work is scheduled to start on site in December 2012 and should run for 23 months.
