To curb soil and groundwater pollution, encourage enterprises to treat waste materials voluntarily, and strengthen reimbursement incentives, the EPA revised and promulgated the Regulations Governing Collection of Soil and Groundwater Pollution Remediation Fees (hereinafter referred to as the Regulations).
