Value is king on highways contracts

What is your current role and the main challenges you face? I'm currently Managing Director of Highways Services at Balfour Beatty, a job I started late on 31st October 2011. My portfolio is focused on service delivery to the Highways Agency directly through MACs, ASCs and RTMCs and indirectly through DBFOs. Our contracts include operations and maintenance on the M25 (through Connect Plus) and I also look after a professional services business including the Chris Britton Consultancy.
