Highways engineers can help shape the future of the industry

Extreme economic problems continue to lurk around us and every organisation, from the multinational to the regional and local, must operate in new ways. Each must fight harder to ensure its future and maintain its relevance in the current economic and political climate; so it is with the IHE. Over the next few years we, as an institute and the highway industry as a whole, need to identify opportunities that these changes can offer us and act upon them.
