Viaduct is perfect showcase for Fowler & Holden

Fowler ft Holder) Ltd have completed the supply of bespoke FastFlow bridge deck units for Cotthorpe Viaduct on the M1/M6 junction 19. Having manufactured and delivered over 720 unique non standard bridge deck units in a three-week window, Fowler & Holden believe no other business currently in the market could have matched their performance. The Catthorpe project threw up several challenges along the way that required innovative solutions. To meet the tight schedule required the company maximised the utilisation of both its foundry and engineering divisions and produced a kitemarked D400 Ductile Iron bridge deck unit in a variety of sizes.
