Capacity utilizationof seamless pipe production facilities will be traditionally high owing to predicted growth ofinvestments in oil and gas extraction as well as effective long-term contracts with fuel-energycompanies. Negative sentiments in the construction sector will restrain orders of respectivewelded pipes.
