Domestic prices to stay high amid favourable global market environment

In December, domestic scrap prices surged in Ukraine amid a steep rise in global raw material quotes. By December 20, the average monthly price had increased by 20%, though market insiders believe it may be adjusted additionally. As a result, the price may add almost 25% over the month (due to hidden extras among other things).
