Fully Automatic Check Weighing and Recalibration

Watson-Marlow Flexicon has equipped its popular FPC50 automatic liquid filling, stoppering and capping system with a Wipotec weighing cell which provides 100% check weighing of all vials. The weighing cell is connected to the filling system and thus fully automatic recalibration of the filling pump during the entire batch is ensured.Programming of the new FPC50W is handled through a control panel comprising of a 12" touch screen, which provides clear and visible settings as well as password protection to three levels.
