Russia: sections producers to raise prices in August at earliest

Russian sections producers left prices for small- and medium-sized sections unchanged in June despite steadily low demand. In the meantime, mills' prices remain quite different as offers from MMK and EVRAZ are offered by RUB 3,000/t higher than those of most competitors. At the same time, beam price dropped in the mills' market, following the decrease in flats prices.
