摘要

A quad-GEM prototype is built and tested with Ar+CO_2 gas in 70:30 ratio with positive pressure at a flow rate of 100 ml/min. The detector is tested with Fe~(55) X-ray source and a X-ray generator. The measurements are performed with a high gain preamplifier. The gain and energy resolution are measured. The anode current is also measured for different configurations. The detail measurements and results are presented.
