Covid-19 hangs over zircon market: Iluka

Australian zircon producer Iluka Resources more than doubled its sales during April-June from the previous quarter but said that Chinese and European markets are still affected by the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic. Zircon sales rose to 53,400t during April-June from 24,900t for January-March, taking sales for the first half of the year to 78,300t, 41pc lower than a year earlier. N^Angus Macmillan
