SWS secures four bulkers

Shanghai Waigaoqiao Shipbuilding (SWS) has orders for four Newcastlemax bulkers. One is for Singapore-based China Enterprise Shipping, a subsidiary of Chinese Maritime Transport of Taiwan, and three are for an undisclosed owner. The one 208,000dwt vessel, scheduled for delivery in July 2016, will be Singapore-flagged and classed by ABS. The other vessels are due next October, December and January 2016. SWS has also won an order from state-owned CSSC Leasing for a F&G JU-2000E jack-up, for delivery in 1Q17.
