Jinzhou Jixiang raises Mo output in 2020

Chinese molybdenum producer Jinzhou Jixiang reported a rise in its roasted molybdenum concentrate and ferro-molybdenum production in 2020, as demand from the steelproducing sector strengthened after the Covid-19 pandemic eased in China in the second half of last year. The Jilin-based company produced 20,301t of ferro-molybdenum in 2020, up by 15.65pc from a year earlier, with its sales rising by 11.61pc to 19,920t over the same period.
