Reichert Technologies, a business unit of Ametek Ultra Precision Technologies, demonstrated its impressive line of AR Series refractometers at Pittcon 2018, while a team of experts walked visitors through the many features of its top-of-the-line AR9 and AR5 bench-top refractometers. Reichert's AR9 is a top-of-the line refractometer that is exceptionally precise with measurement accuracies of 0.00002 refractive index (Rl) and 0.02% Brix. With a built-in Peltier thermostat, the AR9 controls the temperature at the sample interface to an exactness of 0.03°C.
