摘要

Patients' confidence in their GP remains high despite people finding it increasingly difficult to book an appointment, a new survey has shown. The annual poll by NHS England and Ipsos MORI found that 96% of people had confidence and trust in their GP, up from 92% the previous year, while 84% rated their GP surgery experience as good, compared with 85% the previous year. But 38% were not able to get an appointment when they wanted, up from 29% in 2017. And 24% of patients waited over a weekfor an appointment in 2018, compared with just 8% in 2017.
