A lasting legacy

SINCE ITS FORMATION, the Nigerian Content Development & Monitoring Board (NCDMB) has worked hard to advance Abuja's goal of seeing more local input in the all-important energy sector. The NCDMB came about after the Nigerian Content Act came into effect in April, 2010. It is only early days, but there are signs that the new body is already making good headway, with foreign investors spending time and money in beefing up their local capacity.
