Hitachi to Introduce New Inverter RACs into Chinese Market in 2009

In view of ongoing fluctuations in the market, increasing moves towards energy savings under the aegis of the government and other factors, Hitachi Appliances is improving the basic performance of inverter room air conditioners and actively introducing them into the Chinese market, where demand is expected to grow. The company intends to increase composition ratio of inverter models to more than 30% in 2009, twice the ratio in 2008.
