摘要

A new highly efficient method for the catalyst-free synthesis of germinal spiro compounds through a one-pot three-component condensation reaction of carbon dioxide, amines and dimethyl acetylenedicarboxylate at room temperature is de- scribed. In this methodology, both C=O bonds of CO2 are concurrently reacting in a one-pot reaction. The structures of all obtained products were assigned with ~1H and ~(13)CNMR, MS, IR and elemental analysis.
