European nickel premiums were unchanged over the past week as restarts to automotive and manufacturing operations across the continent failed to spark any uptick in demand. The Argus weekly assessments for the in-warehouse Rotterdam full plate cathode and 4x4 cut cathode premiums were flat at $80-100/t and $230-240/t, respectively.
