SHIN-GOTEMBA VIADUCT

摘要

The Shin-Gotemba Viaduct on the Shin-Tomei Expressway is a 4.2 km long continuous viaduct consisting of five bridges connected to each other on both inbound and outbound lanes.It is on an area with relatively flat terrain at the foot of Mt.Fuji.For three bridges connecting a section approximately 2.7 km long that has few requirements such as intersections,we adopted the continuous PC U-girder composite bridge structure to facilitate a construction process that enhances construction site productivity as well as improving cost performance.
