Following a 'hugely successful' pilot of the Southampton Boat Show's 'Scrumptious Seaweed' sweets earlier this year, the show's organisers are on the hunt to find professional tasters. Having harnessed the scents and aromas of the sea to create the samples (available for a limited period only), the organisers now wantto perfect the recipe for general consumption.
