Spot Export Price of Hard Coking Coal Goes up to US$210

The spot export market for metallurgical coal in the Asian region has continued rising in price. In fact, the spot export FOB price (US$/MT) of premium hard coking coal produced in the State of QLD, Australia is around US$210 at the moment, and the price went up by the range of US$7 to US$8 in the past one week. The reason why the rising trend in the spot export market for metallurgical coal has kept going on is because the demand and supply for metallurgical coal in the Chinese domestic market has been still tight.
