Anchorage—Alaska’s North Slope oil production averaged 498,176 b/d in January, reflecting continued gradual decline in aging fields, state data showed Feb. 2. January’s production was down from 514,887 b/d in January 2020 and 525,075 b/d in January 2019, according to Alaska’s Department of Revenue.
