摘要

Singapore—Japanese seaborne scrap prices continued to see gains within the week leading to Feb. 17, as regional buyers returned amid tightened supply after the Lunar New Year holidays, sources said. S&P Global Platts assessed the Japanese H2 FOB Tokyo Bay spot price at Yen 40,000/mt ($377/mt), up Yen 1,500/mt on the week. Regional offers for H2 export cargoes were ranging higher at Yen 40,000-42,000/mt FOB, up Yen 1,000-2,000/mt from a week ago. While bids ranged Yen 40,000-40,500/mt from South Korean and Vietnamese buyers.
