The Commission issued an order June 7, denying Empire District Electric Co.'s request for rehearing of the Commission's April 9 order granting Southern Star Central Gas Pipeline, Inc.'s (RP21-618) request for waiver of penalties associated with violations of Operational Flow Orders (OFO) issued during the extreme weather event that occurred from Feb. 11 to Feb. 19, 2021.
