Ammonia prices in the Midwest increased on the lower end of the range to $590-650/st FOB. This represents an average price rise of $10/st week-on-week and an extraordinary $260/st since the beginning of the year. Market participants indicated that ammonia applications went down this week in some areas of the Corn Belt.
