Shell agrees to examine green hydrogen and CCS projects with Shanghai Electric

Shell’s subsidiary in China has signed a cooperation agreement with Shanghai Electric Power to jointly pursue green hydrogen and carbon capture and storage (CCS) projects in China and in foreign markets. With this agreement, it appears that Shell is lending support to Shanghai Electric's plans of developing a hydrogen fuel cell commercial vehicle ecosystem around Shanghai and the Yangtze River Delta.
