摘要

This report presents experimental statistics of double-pass free-space optical (FSO) channels using corner-cube retroreflectors (CCRV). The experiment was conducted on a building rooftop to measure the received optical power of a laser beam propagating through free-space medium after being reflected by a CCR. Several well-known theoretical distribution models are used to fit with the experimental data. We then give comprehensive evaluations in terms of R~2 statistic and predicted scintillation index to highlight the pros and cons of the considered distributions.
