Study on Application of Ultrasound-Guided Peripheral Venipuncture in Pediatric Clinical Nursing and Raising Family Satisfaction

The starting point of the segmentation method proposed in this paper is to obtain an approximate description of the structure of the blood vessel using image processing tools and models, and further determine the final segmentation result of the blood vessel based on this. There are two kinds of approximate descriptions as the intermediate approach of the final vascular segmentation result. The first one is the approximate area of the vascular structure, which contains the structure and position information of the vascular structure, but does not necessarily have accurate boundary positioning. The other is the vascular approximately in the midline, which reflects the geometry of the vascular structure. Both approximations are used to guide further boundary extraction. At the same time, the clinical effects and safety of peripheral venipuncture guided by ultrasound were discussed. 100 children were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group was given blind puncture. The observation group was given ultrasound guided peripheral venipuncture. The clinical effects and safety of the two groups were evaluated. The impact of satisfaction, and 200 cases of children were sampled. Clinical nursing has a significant impact on pediatric nursing effects and nursing satisfaction, which can improve comfort, improve compliance and the success rate of puncture once, and improve nursing satisfaction.
