RENATO ZARDO HAS a fresh perspective on the growing industry. There are several reasons for that. He started his career and education in Brazil before moving to the U.S., where he earned a master's degree from The OhioState University. He's also worked in both the ornamental and greenhouse vegetable industries. He's currently working for Delta, OH-based NatureFresh Farms.
